Structure

We pride ourselves on the level of ongoing support and continuing development that we provide. In order to achieve the level of support your web site project will require, you will have a dedicated project team working with you throughout each key stage of the project.

Stage 1

Your first point of contact will likely be with one of our directors. It will be their responsibility to scope the project and bring in specialists where necessary to facilitate the creation of a brief (proposal) that sets out how we will deliver the project according to your requirements and budget. Their role is strategic and the understanding they will gain of your business will drive the development process and contribute to the long-term goals of the project and its ongoing management.

Stage 2

The person tasked with managing the project will then, with your input, co-ordinate each aspect of the project according to the proposal.  This person provides the necessary interface between the development team, designers and consultants to deliver the projects on time, to specification and within the agreed budget. When strategic partners are used, the project manager remains your principle contact, ensuring a single point of contact between all agencies involved.

Stage 3

The web development team are based in-house and therefore clients benefit from the close working relationship of project manager, consultant, designer and developers. Response times are therefore much lower than with out-sourced personnel as issues can be address immediately. The development culture is enhanced through the interaction and synergy of the developers, meaning lead times are reduced and we deliver more appropriate solutions just as cost effectively.

Stage 4

Our service does not end upon sign-off of the project.  When your site goes live, you will be provided with an experienced and knowledgeable account manager. They then become your main point of contact and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your ongoing requirements.
