WHAT YOU WILL GET
The review will be carried out by a consultant with at least three years' experience in planning and delivering ebusiness strategies and will last no more than 2 hours on the initial visit.
Following the review, you will receive a concise document of approximately two A4 pages that will summarise the key findings and make recommendations for future development. It is not intended to be prescriptive; its purpose is to provide guidance on the main issues to enable better decisions to be made about your ebusiness strategy.
If you would like further advice or want to implement any recommendations, then you have the freedom to engage mi on a fee-paying basis or to go to another supplier. The choice is yours.
