ROBERT MASSON
Managing Director
Rob is a founding member and managing director of mi, and has a history of successful business ventures under his belt.
At 18, after studying Computer Studies at college, he put aside plans for university to create a software company servicing a niche area in the media research and advertising industry. SciClone, now in its 17th year, supports a successful franchise network in key countries around the world.
In 1998, using his experience in business development and strategic marketing as well as his solid technical knowledge, he created mi. His role involves the management and development of key clients as well as providing strategic marketing and management consultancy.Robert has interests in a number of successful companies. He speaks regularly at Internet related seminars and training sessions and he sits on the steering committee of IP-City and Cambridge 2 Ipswich Hi-Tech Corridor initiative. Given all of this he's also mad enough to run the odd marathon!
PETE NEAL
Software development director
A founder of SciClone with Robert Masson, Pete is the software development director for SciClone and provides database and technical consultancy to Marketing Interactive.
Pete was instrumental in organising a recent works outing to Rattlesden Airfield where gliding was on the agenda. He stumbled across the idea when riding his motorbike through the county lanes and spotted a glider doing some emergency landing training: "Looked pretty scary, so I thought I'd have a go!"
DAVID LEESON
Sales Director
Dave comes from a background in customer service with Ionica and Colour Care. He is the principal contact within mi for our clients web site needs. Customer service is a vital element of our organisation and he has brought added structure and organisation to this area. If a voice of reason and diplomacy is required, we rely on David to deliver.
In addition to his client liaison and sales development role, David co-ordinates the web developers to ensure projects are brought in on time and to budget.
